Le Haut conseil des finances publiques s’inscrit dans le cadre des institutions budgétaires indépendantes prescrit par le TSCG mais ses compétences pourraient être clarifiées et élargies. Cependant les avis rendus par les IFI ne s’imposent aux gouvernements qu’en fonction des engagements auxquels ceux-ci ont souscrits

Abstract

The High council of public finances is one of the independent budgetary institutions recommended by the TSCG although its authority could possibly be clarified and extended. But however, opinions given by IFIs are mandatory for governments only as per the commitments subscribed to by the latter.
