Résumé

Le régime unifié de responsabilité des gestionnaires publics prévu pour 2022, et qui sera mis en œuvre par la Cour des comptes, s’inscrira en continuité avec le régime aujourd’hui sanctionné par la Cour de discipline budgétaire et financière (CDBF), dont les infractions et la jurisprudence constitueront le socle.

Abstract

The new French financial liability system, identically applied to all public sector administrators and managers, is expected in 2022. It will be implemented by the French Court of Auditors (Cour des comptes) and will ensure continuity with, and be based on, the current scheme of offences and case-law of the existing Budgetary and Financial Disciplinary Court.
